Our Services
We provide home nursing, patient care, baby care, physiotherapy and specialized medical services. All care is delivered by trained professionals following standard protocols, but does not replace emergency hospital care where hospitalization is medically required.
Bookings & Confirmation
Appointment requests are confirmed by our team based on availability. We make every effort to arrange care promptly, especially for emergencies, but timing may vary by location and demand.
Payments & Charges
Charges depend on the type and duration of care. All applicable charges will be communicated transparently before service begins. Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us in advance. Certain services may be subject to cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
Patient Cooperation
Safe, effective care depends on accurate information and reasonable cooperation from the patient and family, including a safe home environment for our caregivers.
Limitation of Liability
While we uphold high standards of care, outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the services directly provided by us.
